MEAL INFORMATION:

TREATMENT INFORMATION:

• HALF BOARD
  Half board always starts with dinner. Once the treatment has been chosen, it will remain unchanged for the entire duration of the stay.
• FULL BOARD
  Full board always starts with lunch.
• CHILDREN'S MENU
  Children's menus are always available. During the stay it will be possible for all families to use the microwave oven and refrigerator in the dining room by accessing the restaurant 30 minutes before opening.

STRUCTURE INFORMATION:

• All prices are per person per day.
• Daily review and tidying up of the room (change of linen every 3 days)
• Check in from 14.30 to 18.30 / Check out by 09.30
• Delivery of the room from 14:30

SUPPLEMENTS:

• Supplement for double room for single use + € 25 / day.
• Small pets allowed in the structure at a cost of € 50 per stay (fee for the total sanitization of the room).
• Cot € 10 / day. (it is mandatory to request the service at the time of booking)
• Additional linen change on request € 10 / Person.
• Late Check Out (only upon room availability):
Up to 20:00 cost equal to 50% of the daily total
Up to 15:00 cost equal to 40% of the daily total
• Minimum stays of 1 night in low season, 3 nights in mid season, 5 nights in high season.
• For all stays of less than 3 nights or 5 nights, according to the period, according to availability, + 40% from the price list.
• Outdoor outdoor parking, adjacent to the structure € 10 / day. (Saleable according to availability).
• Outdoor outdoor parking, 900 m away. from the structure, € 7.00 per day with free shuttle available from 8:00 to 20:00.
• Tourist tax € 1.40 per person per day for a maximum of 7 days.
• Additional meal for those staying in the facility: €15.00
• Additional meal for those NOT staying in the structure: € 20.00
• It is possible to make a free room upgrade at the discretion of the management.

REDUCTIONS:

Children

• Children up to 3 years in a double room with two paying adults: €15.00/day
• Children from 3 to 14 years -50% from the price list
  

BOOKING GUARANTEE AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

All our stays must be confirmed by paying a deposit equal to 30% - 50% of the total based on the booking amount.
In case of cancellation, the deposit paid will be completely lost and will not be reusable for another stay.
The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival. Paid services (if used) will be paid at the end of the stay. In case of non-payment upon arrival, the customer will be required to leave a credit card as a total guarantee of the stay.
All meals not consumed cannot be recovered in the following days and will be refunded.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the unused days will not be refunded.
